While we continue to strongly encourage as many of you as possible to continue to use our electronic and remote options as well as the drop box, the lobby will be open on Monday, June 15 at 9:00 am.
What will YOUR Credit Union be doing to protect both members and staff?
Anyone who admits to or appears to have Covid-19 symptoms is asked not to enter building.
Staff will all wear masks during any in person member interaction.
Staff will regularly clean all surfaces that a member would come in contact with during the workday.
Plexiglass shields have been installed at each frontline work area.
Gloves are also available for either the member or staff to wear if needed.
The office restrooms will not be available to members or visitors until further notice.
What will be asked of you during your office visit?
We require that all who enter the lobby either wear a mask or put one on if provided by staff.
Disposable masks will be available from staff for those members who do not wear one in the lobby.
You may be asked to briefly lower or remove your mask for identification and security purposes if deemed necessary by the staff.
You will be required to remove your hat and sunglasses for security purposes.
Limitation of 2 members/necessary family members allowed in the lobby at one time.
We ask that you practice proper distancing while at the Credit Union.
If things change, how will I know?
Please visit our website, www.statecollegefcu.com for any updates. An email blast will also be sent out (now is a good time to make sure we have your email address on file) as well as signage at the office. If you have any concerns or questions, call the office at 814-234-0252.
