The mission of the State College Federal Credit Union is to be a member-owned, nonprofit co-operative thrift institution formed for the purpose of:
 1. Encouraging savings by offering competitive dividend rates.
 2. Using credit union monies to make loans at competitive low interest rates to members.
 3. Providing other member services on a cooperative basis.
