Persons eligible for membership include, but are not limited to:
  1. Federal employees who work in Centre or Huntingdon Counties
  2. Employees of the US Postal Service who work in Clearfield
  3. Employees of the State College Area School District
  4. Regular members of Mt. Nittany Medical Center Chapter, and Child Development Council Chapter, staff of the State College office of the National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, District 1199-P
